Fill out my contact form! Once we’ve chosen your collection and date, I’ll send your booking agreement and invoice. A signed agreement and $400 booking payment officially reserve your spot! That payment goes toward your collection total.
Prefer to pay everything upfront? You can do that, too. Your date is reserved once your agreement is signed and payment is complete.
-
Absolutely! I offer interest-free payment plans directly through Kelly Rae Photography, with no additional payment-plan fee.
After your $400 booking payment, we’ll divide the remaining balance into monthly or biweekly payments. Your schedule depends on how far in advance you book, and everything must be paid in full 14 days before your session.
Booking early gives you more time to spread out the payments! Sessions booked within 14 days require full payment at booking.
Affirm and Afterpay are also available for eligible purchases at checkout when paying your full session invoice.
These are separate from my in-house payment plans. Your invoice with Kelly Rae Photography is paid through the provider, and you make your scheduled payments to them. Approval, available plans, and any interest or fees are determined by the provider and shown at checkout.

My standard senior sessions take place Monday through Friday. Northwest Arkansas has some gorgeous locations—and plenty of visitors who love them, too! Weekdays help us avoid some of the heavier weekend foot traffic and give us more room to explore.
Think of it as your senior-photo day! If you need to miss school, please arrange that with your parent or guardian and school ahead of time.
Your exact start time will depend on the season, locations, and the collection you choose.
-
Item descriptionYes, when availability allows! Saturday and Sunday sessions have a $200 weekend fee in addition to your collection price.
Popular locations may still be busy, so we’ll plan with that in mind. The weekend fee reserves a weekend appointment; it doesn’t provide private access to public locations.
-
Travel within Benton and Washington Counties is included! We’ll choose locations that fit your personality, outfits, and the overall feel you want for your session.
For collections with multiple locations, we’ll select spots within approximately 5–10 minutes of driving time from one another. Travel between locations counts toward your session time, so keeping them close gives us more time for photos!
Have somewhere outside those counties in mind? Let me know before booking so I can confirm availability and any additional travel cost.
-
Please, please read your session guide! 💛 I put it together to help you feel prepared and know what to expect.
Read it ahead of time so you have a chance to plan your outfits, gather what you need, and ask questions. Then give it another quick look before your session. A little preparation means you can show up ready to relax and enjoy yourself!
-
Absolutely. We’ll talk through your style, interests, and the overall feel you want for your photos. You’ll receive guidance to help you choose outfits and locations that feel like you and work well together.
Want to incorporate a sport, instrument, hobby, or something meaningful? Tell me during planning so we can make room for it.
-
Travel within Benton and Washington Counties is included, but clients are responsible for any venue or studio rental fees, required photography permits or photographer-access fees, and parking costs associated with their chosen locations.
We’ll discuss known fees during planning so you can decide whether a location works for your budget before we commit to it
-
Yes. Your booked session time includes photography, wardrobe changes, and travel between locations.
We’ll plan a realistic route beforehand so you can enjoy your session without spending half of it in the car!
-
You’ll receive the full online gallery of the best professionally edited images from your session, with high-resolution downloads and a personal print release.
I remove test shots, duplicates, blinks, and images that don’t meet my standards. Every finished image in your delivered gallery is included—you won’t need to purchase individual digital images separately.
Unedited images and RAW files are not included.
-
Every collection includes a custom-designed 10×10 Signature Album with 10 spreads—that’s 20 pages—featuring a selection of your favorite portraits.
Your album includes a choice from my included cover options, custom layout design, and one consolidated round of revisions. You’ll approve the final design before I submit it for printing.
The album tells the story of your session through selected favorites. Your full finished gallery is still yours to download!
-
Your edited images will be ready in approximately 2–3 weeks after your session! Once they’re ready, we’ll arrange your Photo Reveal & Album Design Appointment to enjoy your photos and bring your album together.
-
Changing in your car has worked well for many of my clients! We’ll plan ahead to make outfit changes as comfortable and convenient as possible.
If you’d prefer a portable changing tent, mention that during planning so I can confirm availability. Your comfort and privacy matter, and we’ll choose an option that works for you.
-
After your photos are ready, we’ll meet for a relaxed Photo Reveal & Album Design Appointment at a local coffee shop or in the comfort of your home.
I’ll bring my iPad to share your images and walk you through your album design. If we’re meeting at your home and your TV supports compatible screen mirroring, we can enjoy your portraits on the big screen!
Plan for about an hour to enjoy the photos, review your album layout, choose cover details, and discuss any changes.
-
For high school seniors, I recommend attending with a parent or guardian and anyone helping make album or artwork decisions.
Having everyone together makes it easier to choose favorites and finalize the details without a long game of “wait, which photo did you like?” afterward.
-
Nope! Your collection already includes your full finished digital gallery and album.
Additional artwork, album upgrades, and graduation announcements are available if you want them. The appointment is included so you can enjoy your photos and get help creating your finished album—there’s no additional purchase required.
-
Yes! You can exchange your included album for the collection’s designated canvas wall-art option.
I’ll show you the included option and any available upgrades before you decide. Larger pieces or additional artwork can be purchased separately.
-
Your gallery will remain available for one year from delivery.
Please download your full-resolution images to a computer and keep an additional copy on an external hard drive. Having more than one copy helps protect your photos if a device is lost or stops working!
Your online gallery isn’t permanent storage. After it expires, gallery re-upload requests are $25, subject to the images still being available in my archive.
-
Yes! Your high-resolution downloads include a personal print release, so you can make prints for yourself and share them with family.
You’re also welcome to order additional products through me if you’d like help choosing images, sizes, or finishes.
-
Yes! I offer personalized graduation announcement design as an optional add-on.
Choose a design-only option with print-ready files, or let me coordinate the design and printed cards for you. We’ll confirm pricing, quantities, and your deadline before starting, and you’ll approve the wording and design before printing.
If you want cap-and-gown images on your announcements, mention that early so we can plan photography and printing around your mailing date.
-
Once your image selections and product details are finalized, please allow approximately one day for album design. You’ll review and approve the layout before your album goes to print.
After final approval and ordering, albums and canvas artwork typically arrive in about five business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date; lab schedules, holidays, and shipping delays can affect timing.
